Caroline started her training in Paris at Le Cordon Bleu and worked for Mario Batali for many years building and developing his restaurants including The Spotted Pig, Otto and Babbo. As well, she helped found the Charleston Wine + Food Festival in South Carolina. Caroline’s interest in cooking started in her mother’s kitchen and her father’s restaurants in Washington D.C.
